Executing a sale agreement

• Discuss qualifications of the prospective buyer
• Explain all details and contingencies
• Review the purchase agreement for completeness and accuracy
  
• Deliver all counter-proposals promptly
  
• Represent you during the presentation of all contracts and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible price and terms for your home

Prior to Closing:

• Have our transaction coordinator assist you in closing details
• Deposit earnest money as required by law if applicable
• Send contract to attorney or closing company
• Coordinate needed inspections and review the reports
• Communicate with the cooperating agent and assist with problems relative to the sale
• Schedule the closing
